Our Story

Hi, my name is Sally Van Cleve. I created WATERring the World in the summer of 2011. WATERring the World is a company devoted to providing clean water to the island of Hispaniola. Hispaniola is home to the Dominican Republic and Haiti. In many places throughout these developing countries, particularly the most impoverished places, there is a scarcity of drinking water.  According to the Water Organization, "780 million people lack access to clean water."  WATERring the World works to fulfill this dire need and give the amazing gift of water. With every purchase, it is our goal to provide a person in need with clean, drinking water.  I believe that water is key in setting people free from poverty's grasp.
